They do not pay what they say they will…
They do not pay what they say they will and force you to pay to have your device sent back. The device was not financed. I paid the full purchase price for it on November 12, 2019.

You sent in a financed device that was unable to be activated on another account. We proved this by sending you the worldwide database check that showed the device had an UNPAID BALANCE. Financed devices can only be used for parts and are worth significantly less. Our website clearly states on every device page that devices must be paid off. We sent proof of the IMEI checks showing you the device was not paid off. Our website states that if you send in a financed device and want it returned, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping since we clearly state everywhere that devices must be paid off.
