Danny, I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the transaction. We do not charge return shipping. You are able to have your laptop back to you at no cost. (You can see our terms of service). I've went through all conversations you had with our team and I you were never asked to pay for return shipping, as a matter of fact we did not receive a request to have your laptop returned to you, we only received your confirmation to send your payment. Our Customer Service team tried to contact after the transaction was complete but we have not heard from you. If this is incorrect, please send us an email we will be glad to turn this situation around and make it a satisfactory one for you.

Hello Eric, we're sorry that your experience with us did not go as you expected, but as we explained by email, the initial quote changed because your laptop did not have a valid operative system. There's an option on our online calculator that says "software issues". Checking this box would've gotten the right quote. We've also reached out to you several times before we issue your payment, as it is part of our process for you to accept the quote before payments are made. You also have the option to have your laptop send back to you at no cost at all. Please email us to [email protected] to have your laptop returned to you at no cost.

Reagan, It would be only fair to mention as well the reason why your offer is $20 and not $200. You requested a quote for a Lenovo P580 Core i5, that's a 2010 model, but you sent us an IBM series pentium model, this model is from 1999 that's 11 years difference. There's is an option to have your laptop sent back to you, as the email says: "Please click on the confirm button to have your payment expedited or reply to this email if you have questions about your quote or would like to have your device sent back to you"

Shane, your feedback is a bit unfair. You received a quote from for a Dell Inspiron 1525 in "good" condition, as you stated when receiving a quote from our website. Upon inspection of your laptop, we found the following issues: - The batttery was dead. - Your laptop had been taken apart and was missing parts. - The display was defective. - Your laptop had a very strong tobacco odor. Under this condition, our website would have given a value of $0. Most recyclers would have atually charge you to recycle your laptop. We made you a fair offer. You were informed of these issues prior accepting the payment and your approved it online acknowledging the actual condition of your laptop. Had you seleted the issues your laptop had you would have received a more accurate quote. Claiming that we fale advertise is not a true statement. We list on our online estimator various options to select from that other competitors do not. This allow us to give a very accurate quote. You must simply be truthful and state the actual condition of your device. We understand that our website does not have an option that says "strong odors", or somehing similar. It is though stated on our terms and conditions. This is why we decided o offer you $16. Furthermore, we did not receive any reply from you regarding your transaction. This is the first time we are hearing that you were dissatisfied. You always have the option to request your laptop to be sent back if you do not agree to the new offer. We saw that you approved the payment, leading us to beleive that you wre satisfied with the new offer. Jeremiah, Our website offers up to $430 for this model in excellent condition. $1,000 far eceeds its current market value, even in new condition. I beleive you made reference of a competitor offering this much, . I have reviewed our price history for this model and we certainly have not valued the Apple Macbook Pro MC721LL/A above $500 for the past 6 months. I beleive you must be confusing the offer from another site. Please email us if you have questions about the current value of your device.
