Ordered my Canon G1x at pretty much the lowest price found on the Internet on Friday night and chose the free ground shipping, then got the camera on Saturday the week after. Was not familiar with the web site before, but the price was hard to resist and most of the online reviews were positive, so I took my chance and it turned out to be the right decision! :-) By the way, the camera was shipped in similar packaging to those I got from B&H or Adorama. New update on Dec 02, 2013: Just found out the warranty card was missing from the package. I double checked their web site to find the warranty card not included in the "Included Accessories". I never care much about the manufacture warranty but that does not mean other people don't care, so I think I should update my review to mention about that here. I have also changed my original 5 star rating to 4 now. I don't lower my rating much because I am still quite happy with the camera and the price! :-)

i was not sent a basic confirmation email for my order, and had to contact customer service to find out the status of my order. they did ship it quickly though.

Gadget Circuit's prices saved me more than $400 over the other vendor I was considering. But placing the order was difficult using a credit card. Gadget Circuit does not do any sales processing itself--it uses Google Wallet, which was not a good experience and GW actually tried to hit my Discover Card THREE times, prompting Discover to decline it. Then GW cancelled my transaction altogether. To save the $400, I placed the transaction again, using PayPal, and it went through without a hitch. I paid an extra $4.99 for priority shipping, and I literally got it the next day. Other than the difficulty with the first payment method, it was a great transaction. Gadget Circuit held up their end of the deal perfectly.

Hi: Price listed by Gadget Circuit was a solid $100 less than other online or brick-and-mortar stores. Hence, I was concerned about its quality and condition. However, I got a brand new Sony DSC-RX100 from them. My only gripe - they do not email you a tracking number. You have to call them to get one. Regards, -Deep

I would have given the company 5 stars but I didn't get a tracking number, and had to call the company. They gave me the tracking number and product was received pretty quick.
