The only complaint I have is how long it took for a shipping update. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

I ordered a Nikon NX2000 because it was $50-$100 cheaper on Gadgetcircuit.com than most places. The transaction went fast and smoothly, and I received my camera the day my delivery date was set for! I was very pleased with that. But, prior to ordering, I read some reviews saying that the boxes people received seemed to be open. Upon receiving my camera, my box was untaped and seemed to have been opened as well. Everything seemed to be included in the box, however, I realized the charger is not an original samsung charger. According to the instructions, the light on the charger is supposed to turn off when the battery is charged. Being the first time charging, I knew it is going to take a while, but not nearly 24 hours. I don't think this knockoff charger they sent with the camera has the same properties as the original, which means I may have to buy a new samsung charger that is compatible with my camera...

As many have reviewed, original submittal with CC failed, even after I double-checked all my entry data. They must have some sort of 'double secret probation' hidden key-code to get CC to work--I also missed the 1st email advising it failed because it went to my spam folder. So after hearing nothing for a Friday & a weekend, I fixed everything on a Tuesday after calling & being told either cancel or use Paypal, so I did Paypal with credit card link--no big deal. I asked since we delayed several days with snafu, could I escalate my shipping rate and they kindly checked my location, and said normal free shipping will still get there in 2-3 days. Camera arrived on Friday, excellent price, no damage, new item as promised. I'm not afraid to do business here again, best prices I've seen anywhere. I just think it's a very small operation and quirky website/CC issue is weird, but apparently not dangerous.

My order was not delivered within timeframe specified. When I called they expedited shipment. Overall I am satisfied.

The checkout was more tricky than I had expected (weird, right?), but once my order went through it was processed and delivered in a hurry. My camera arrived in good condition and working order, can't wait to learn to use it!

Overall good experience, credit card wouldn't work for me either, ended up using paypal. Severe lack of tracking your order on the website, my suggestion is to just call in you will only get a tad bit of information but its still more than the website. Bought the Canon 5D Mark III with a great price, said new and did not seem to be a refurbished. Shipping was ok and no other complaints. Would probably order again through them if I find a deal I can't pass.

I ordered online Nivember 29 and had no issue in the order process and the site was very easy to manuver but I did not receive my purchase until December 10. This seemed too long to receive to me bit otherwise no other issues
