When I ordered my stuff, I did not get an email of the order details. I have to reach out to the customer support to know the order number.

Well I have to be honest, I didn't think to research this company until after I ordered my camera. While not all the reviews I found were bad, there were enough to make me think I may have made a mistake. BUT, I got exactly what I ordered, exactly when they said I would get it. No fuss, no hassle. Good service, in my opinion.

Greta price - fast shipping. The only negative I would say is that I specifically asked the customer service agent if the product would ship the same day I ordered it (in stock & very early in AM) & she said it takes 1-2 business days to process the order - which really wasn't ideal for my plans. I ordered the lens anyway & it shipped that day even though the customer service agent gave me different info. Never would happen with B&H!

I carry this camera every where just like my cell phone, it take better pictures then my cell, I love this camera!!

I was concerned with purchasing an expensive camera on a lesser known website, but decided to give it a shot. Their website isn't as smooth and it took longer for updates on the order status and shipping status to show up. I'm willing to put up with a little less information and exercise patients to get the best price again. I'll be back to buy my next lens for sure!

I purchased a Canon Powershot SX50 HS after reading various reviews on the internet. I found the cheapest price and best ratings for Gadget Circuit. The shipping was fast and reliable and I had the package inside of 2 days. The main reason I rated it as 4 stars instead of 5: the box was really beat up and the corner crushed on one end. Also, it was unsealed and not wrapped in plastic, so I suspected a return or a factory second. Surprisingly, however, everything inside the box was sealed and in place and the camera works just fine. I didn't get a warranty card or paper start up guide that I saw someone have in their unboxing video on youtube. I was able to register the camera just fine on the Canon website, though. Customer service was great on the phone. I just question quality control letting a box be shipped out in the condition that it was. Almost like "Uncle Nunzio" got it after it fell off the back of a truck.

Great product. Great price. But please consider stop sending out ads through my email. I already request for unsubscribe multiple times. And why do I get float with spam emails from spammers after i sign up with gadgetcircuit...
