I ordered a lens, which was processed quickly. I changed my mind after it shipped, and contacted customer service. I was able to get through quickly, and was told that if I just refused delivery from UPS, I would get a full refund. Fortunately, I was able to be home when UPS rang, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of paying return shipping charges. Sweet! I can't speak to the quality of the product, but I'm looking forward to finding out the next time I really need something from Gadget Circuit. Thanks! My only criticism is that the refund took 18 days from the time the package was received back at their facility.

My original order (Nikon V1 body) was out of stock and so delayed a bit. Gadget Circuit contacted me, offering a different model (change in color). I was fine with the change and they shipped the substitution right away. I've had no issues with the replacement and am glad I saved some money buying through Gadget Circuit.

Received product in 1 week, no issues or complaints. Product as described. Would recommend and use again in future.

I ordered a Sony RX-100 Mark3 and found out it was a imported model. I called and emailed the customer service to cancel the order but the order was in transit. They stop the shipment and redirected it back to them. After they received the package back, they refunded the entire amount. I should have checked to see if it was a USA model so I could have eliminated the process but Gadget Circuit did manage the return in a timely manner. I deduced one star because they should have included the information about the import model on the website like other web dealers.

I bought a Nikon D3300 and a Nikkor AFS lens and everything went well. Good shipping speed and pretty good packaging. Both products apparently were new. The only thing that prevented me to give 5 stars is that the boxes weren't sealed. I guess it was because they were checking before sending, but still... Anyways, I highly recommend it!

I recently bought a camera as a Christmas present. I purchased after researching prices and vendor reputations. The transaction was fairly smooth except I had a difficult time getting my credit card approved (bank security) although I had no such problems making other purchases from different vendors. I made a note of this in my review and rated 4 stars. I was later contacted via email to see if I would accept a free memory card for my troubles and change my rating to 5 stars. I appreciated the contact and effort to assure my satisfaction and so I accepted the offer and changed my rating. Haven't received a memory card or acknowledgment of my new rating. Feeling disappointed.
