Good prices, below average service
They had the best price on the Sony DSC-RX100 I could find. They didn't send tracking information (and entering my order # on their website got me nowhere) so I had to call customer service to receive a tracking number. It took me several tries to actually reach someone because several times I got a message saying to call back during their regular business hours (which I was). The camera did arrive safe and sound, but their customer service leaves something to be desired.
