EDIT: I had to send the camera back. Within the first couple days using it, I noticed that the control ring on it wasn't responding on the camera functions (although everything else was) and after talking to Canon tech support, it must be a manufacturer's defect. When calling back about it (twice), the first time I got a helpful cust. service rep. and the second time, I got the bad one again - the one who can't help but constantly talk over the customer without listening to a single full sentence. I don't know why they can keep him on staff and it makes me want to drop the rating to a 1 star just because of him; I almost gave up trying to get the return processed. However, I finally got a supervisor who was very friendly and helpful. So, all in all, still good service, but they just need to remove the bad employees who makes you want to give up on the company. (I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars because of him.) This place had one of the best prices for a Canon Powershot G7 X, but unlike their competitors with similar or better prices (who ship from Hong Kong), this one was being shipped straight from the US. Similarly, it had the US plug for the battery charger (although it wasn't the more convenient fold-out plug, but the small extension plug). I called to verify that my shipping address was to a friend and not me, and the first customer support guy was quite rude and interrupted my question over and over (so that I was never able to finish asking it) and thus never answered it. The second guy when I called back was super friendly and helpful though. Overall I'd say it's definitely a trustworthy business with excellent prices and quick shipping, and a customer support line that actually works.

This was my first purchase from Gadget Circuit. The website was easy to use, the purchase went without problems, the product purchased was at an excellent price, shipped, and delivered as advertised. No issue with the received item. Only reason for giving them four stars is that I have only ordered from them this one time. Prefer to reserve five stars for consistent performance over multiple orders.

I agonized and researched like crazy before buying from this site. They had the best price I could find, by far, and I found myself worried that I was missing the fine print somewhere that said it was reconditioned or something. No it isn't! My only complaint is that I thought I was getting the Canon Rebel T3i camera, but apparently the Canon EOS 600D is the same camera, just the version sold outside the US. In the end I suppose it really doesn't make a difference since everything I read says it's the same camera and I can't seem to find any noticeable difference; however, I feel that advertising it as a 600D/T3i is a little deceptive, and as a result I felt disappointment that I didn't get EXACTLY what I thought I was getting. This said, I have used the camera and it is GREAT...no complaints from that perspective.

Buying online was not very easy. You need to do some work on the UI/UX. I bought my camera in a very competitive price. The delivery was fast and with accuracy. Very pleased.

I purchased a high-end Canon point-and-shoot. Gadget Circuit's price was among the lowest by 30% compared to bigger sites like Amazon and New Egg. I understood that I was buying a "gray market" camera without a US warranty. I called first and was told that the item was in stock. Skeptical, I ordered online and it was in my hands 2 days later. The item is brand new stock. Everything works, no problem. If I have a problem with the camera, it remains to be seen if Gadget Circuit's house warranty -- one year -- will be worth the reduced cost up front. All in all, a good experience.

Can't beat the price. Item received was gray market (routed from Europe), but for the low price I suspected it probably was, and I'm OK with that although this was not mentioned in the product description. The item I received was in perfectly new condition, and works fine. I'd be hesitant to purchase an item that could require a warranty, but was able to live without that on this item (therefore the lower price is a a justified requirement from Gadget circuit due to the lack of warranty). Just wished they were more up front about this (therefore the 4 star rating). Can't speak about any other potential issues, such as "returns" since I didn't require this. The item did arrive in a timely fashion.

The biggest Plus is that Gadget Circuit has the best price I could find for a new Canon S120 camera. Prompt shipment is another. And unlike some low ball price promoters, Gadget Circuit did not try to up the ante with additional accessory requirements. One of the Minuses was suspected when no information was available on warranty. This proved correct and is a "gray market" procurement. The S120's packaging states that this is "Not Intended for Sale Outside Japan", and no Warranty Card or even "Getting Started" brochure is enclosed. However, all else appeared brand new. After powering up the battery in the neat Canon plug in charger and formatting a new SD card, the S120 is performing as expected. As with other new cameras, its "Camera User Guide" is online, well done and quite desirable. This not my first gray market photo product, and I expect the S120 to perform no differently than a warranted one. It would be helpful if Gadget Circuit would be more transparent about such non-standard practices. If you are a worrier, the main problem is that insurers will not do an extended policy without the mfrs initial warranty.
