The shopping and checkout process was simple. Very great prices, I saved almost $300 compared to Amazon.com. What worried me was not receiving a confirmation email after I ordered my $800+ camera lens. I emailed customer service and got a response within a few hours from a guy named Todd. He said he requested the information and tracking number. I got a reply in 3 days with all the information I needed. It took 2 weeks to receive my lens. The product was coming from NJ to WA; I think they could have shipped it a lot sooner. The outer box was smashed in the corners. When opening the box, THERE WERE NO PLASTIC AIR BUBBLES to protect the camera lens. The lens box was about half the size of the outer box. The camera box itself was smashed in the corners and I could tell it was already opened. The lens hood didn't come in plastic like it does as I saw in other in boxing videos. However, other than that the inside packaging was perfect, and papers on information about the lens was in place. I was able to register the RAW editing software with the code that came with the papers. Very relieved and happy that the lens works as it should, and upon inspection it is in fact brand new. This was my first time ordering from them, it was a bit of a scare but in the end saving a few hundred dollars was worth it with how everything turned out. Bottom line: great customer service, terrible handling of items.

Great price, but make sure you understand what you are buying. Delivery info is not posted when purchasing. It's burried in their website and not easy to find. If you purchase something expensive you must be at home for delivery. Customer service is not a strong point.

Well, I needed to order a digital shower radio and found this one. The price seemed right, so I started the order process. However, one of the problems that the vendor has is allowing postal boxes as billing addresses when the shipping address is a physical address. The order form specifies that P.O. Boxes are not allowed, except that my credit/debit card uses it for billing. They recommend that you call the credit card company to add the physical address to the credit card so that the order will be processed faster, but since my credit card is with a credit union, this is not an option. This is a serious flaw in this vendor's ordering process and I wouldn't give them more than 3 out of 5 stars because of it. As it was, it took over 2 weeks to receive the item when it only should have taken 3 days. I finally received it and the item is fine, but the ordering process is pretty bad and I probably wouldn't do business with this company again.

camera (nikon 5300) was cheap, received immediately, with no soliciting or upselling. But it's obviously intended for resale in Australia and thus a gray market item, which GC should thus label factory import. I'm gonna keep it though.

Shipping was really fast more than I've expected, the camera is nice and totally new, but I haven't received the manual and guarantee from the fabricant, I saw some videos on youtube "unboxing fujifilm finepix S1" and I've realized that in the video there are the original catalog and guarantee... Disappointed just in this point. (I love read catalogs)

Wanted to buy Tamron 150-600mm lens with Nikon mount. I was willing to pay the [gulp] $400 extra Gadget Circuit was charging for the product because they had one in stock. Other outlets had a lengthy wait list. But when the product arrived I found out it was a grey market lens. The included warranty is only good in Japan. All the included product literature is in Japanese. There was nothing on the Garden Circuit web site to indicate the lens was not a Tamron-USA lens. Had I been forewarned I could have made an informed purchase decision. But to learn only after the fact that I was paying way over-market price for a gray-market product is deceptive and unacceptable. ----- Amended Report after Customer Service Adjustment ----- Was contacted by Mike from Gadget Circuit. He was very courteous and said he wanted to help me resolve the issues I had with my purchase. He said that Gadget Circuit was not an authorized Tamron dealer but that he had two possible remedies he could offer: [1] I could return the lens for a refund or [2] he could issue me a 3-year CPS [Consumer Priority Service] warranty. I chose option [2]. This was the best choice in my case because I have the lens for my upcoming trip -- returning the lens and buying elsewhere would not provide the lens in time -- and I have it covered by at least some type of warranty. It is not as good as the Tamron-USA warranty [which is 6-years] and I still wish the Gadget Circuit web site had warned me, and other consumers too, that they weren't selling a Tamron-USA product. Still, I give the company kudos for promptly and courteously handling a customer complaint, satisfying the problem within the realm of their options. Thank you, Mike.

I placed an order for a NX300 camera on 2/10 and received an email and noted that the amount has been deducted from the paypal. However when I check the "Track Order" from Gadget Circuit page, it displays No orders have shipped for this account. I have no way of confirming whether my order has been placed, if someone is working on Shipping and when I would get it. Also see that the Customer service is only between 9am - 3 pm. I have given 3 * for the ease of buying. But I don't know whether I will lower or increase the same based on when and how I receive the Item I ordered, ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Review update on 2/26 I called them back on 02/20 and mentioned mine was supposed to be expedited shipping and I neither received the item nor any tracking information. I received the Camera on 2/21 (it was my son's Birthday on 2/22). To my surprise it was a White camera and a Black lens (it looked odd when attached). However, the Camera showed a "No Lens" error. Called the Customer care on Monday 02/24, and the lady asked me to call the Samsung care first and see if it was some DIY fix. Also she mentioned that they do not have a White lens in stock and dont mind sending me a complementary Memory card instead :S I had already tried googling, updating the firmware etc before I called the Samsung helpdesk who asked me to updating firmware/ reseting the settings. Since none of it worked, asked me to contact the Store (Gadget circuit) and try returning. I called them on 2/25 and they agreed to sign me for a refund and promptly (for once) sent an UPS return slip. I will send the same today and post my experience post receipt of the funds.

I was excited about the camera that was 10% off of any other stores' prices, and when I tried to use my credit card to pay for the camera, the order went through (and I got the order confirmation email)! But a few minutes later, I received an email stating that my "contact details could not be verified and the credit card authorization was not approved". WHAT?!?!? So even though my billing and shipping address were the same as the address from my credit card (and everyone else in the whole world can process a simple credit card payment), you can't process my credit card payment? So because I couldn't use my credit card, I had to transfer the money to my Paypal account (which takes 3-5 days), plus because the transfer was completed after 5pm on Friday (after Gadget Circuit's minimal hours of operation), the process was not completed until almost one week after the original transaction. Along with the good price, the only other positive part was that they used two-day shipping to send my package (my email explaining my frustration and insisting that they "make it right" may have had something to do with that). MORAL OF THE STORY: If you purchase something from Gadget Circuit, skip the hassle (I'm pretty sure they're unable to process credit card payments) and pay using Paypal.
