After researching for a 4 slot toaster I found the one I wanted. I did some research online for the lowest price outlet. Everything I saw led me to Gadget Circuit. I ordered the toaster and even paid for premium shipping. Five days later, still no record of my shipment. I called the customer service desk and was told that item was out of stock and had no idea when restocking was scheduled. No email, No phone call, no correspondence informing me that order was not shipping. It took me to make the initial follow up call. As far as I'm concerned One and Done with GC

I went to order a Nikon j3 with a lens and the email confirmation indicates the order with a lens. Item was delivered without a lens, called customer service and they said it their error but the price of the order is for body only. How can it be an error when the it was listed on the website when I ordered. Ask me to check the website for this listed price and said never had this price before. Why would I want to buy a camera without a lens? Very bad experience with the customer service........

Purchased a Tamron lens on-line. Best price around. Item showed in stock. Received notice that the item was not in stock yet the web site still showed an in stock position. It doesn't matter whether you have the best price or not, you could have given them away free, if you don't have the item who cares. Received immediate refund and purchased elsewhere.

I purchased this camera new, because it was for a gift. There were many other dealers selling factory re-manufactured products for about $100 less. When I received this package, and opened the outer shipping box, the seal that states "Do no accept if seal is broken" was broken on the actual camera box. I asked for a Replacement and have not heard back. If this issue is resolved to my satisfaction, I may raise my rating.

I ordered a 500.00 Samsung NX500 camera and they sent me a 150 Samsung NX3000 camera (completely different model) in the 500 camera boix and then refused to send out the right one until I sent back the bogus camera. then they told me they would get back to me on monday and now it is tuesday with no reply/

I have not received the item I ordered nor have I received any response to my e-mail inquiry as to where my order is and its status.

I recently purchased a camera from Gadget Circuit for an upcoming vacation and had ordered it with plenty of time to receive it in the 7-10 day ship time. The day it was scheduled to arrive, it was not at my doorstep. I checked the UPS status only to discover that the package was sent all the way across country, arrived at my local UPS distributor, and then was sent back to Gadget Circuit because (quote): "The address label is illegible". Now, I understand that mistakes happen and I do not know if there was a misprint on the label or the label was damaged in shipping. Here was the problem: I still needed my shipment in a timely fashion. I contacted support immediately and said that if I could not get my package re-shipped with 1-2 day shipping (again, there was a specific deadline), I would cancel my order. They offered no solution and I was left high and dry. Would not recommend, especially if you need something shipped in a timely fashion.

Having troubles with my return. I sent it out 1 time already and the post office returned the headphones back saying the address was wrong. I got back a hold of them and they said I had to resend through a different service. It's been a pain in my butt to say the least. The customer service has been short and condescending, Hasn't made me feel comfortable at all. Dreading the next step if I even try any thing else, I might just eat this purchase just so I don't have to deal with anything else.
