Website stated item was available but it was not. website stated that it was one to two days processing, however it was a week with no change in status. I had to email to find out what the delay was, only to find out they have No idea of when it could be shipped. They didn't even have the item, yet the website still says its available. After wasting time with this company, now I don't have the gift for my wife and its to late to get another from somewhere else shipped in time.

After some googling, the price listed on gadget circuit is the lowest for Panasonic GX8 camera. So I made the purchase, right before my 2-week trip to the Australian outback. After receiving the camera, I tested the still photo functions pretty thoroughly and the image quality is amazing. Went on the trip, trying to take some 4K videos and I noticed that the frame rates available are 25fps and 24fps instead of the advertised 30fps and 24fps. After some googling, it seemed to suggest that US version of the camera can shoot 4K videos at 30fps but European models can only do 25fps. With this skepticism I reached out to Panasonic support US. After checking the serial number of the unit and talking over the problem, Panasonic support said the unit is not made for the US market because it can not shoot video at 25fps. I called up Gadget Circuit support and told them what Panasonic support had said. But what they told me was "please send your unit back to our repair department and we will try to fix it.". I am not sure if their support is just stupid or this is their usual practice, but this is not something they can "fix". The censors and firmware are fundamentally different. The tone the gadget circuit support person was using on the phone sounds like he is very certain the my camera is broken. I am concerned that if I send my unit back for repair, they might send me something completely different back like a used US model. At the point I just don't trust them anymore. Don't be fooled by the low prices, stay away from this place at all cost.

I ordered a digital camera which they stated was in stock. It was a dicontinued manufacture model that I needed to receive right away. After a few days I noticed that my order was still processing. I called and was told my item was not available at this time. I never received any notice that the camera was not available. I requested a cancellation of my order. I had to call back after a few day because I had not received a cancellation notification. It finally cancelled 2 days after my second call. Conclusion, I bought the camera from another location and received it before gadget circuit processed cancellation. Don't advertise what you can't deliver.

If it seems too good to be true it probably is.

Supposedly my order was flagged as fraudulent by my bank, but I needed to reach out to Gadget Circuit to find out after 6 days of expecting my order was valid and on it's way. I was given no further information.

I told them to cancel my order and they sent it anyways. When I asked how to remedy they were of little to no help. They will not be getting my business again.

Received the package yesterday. Very bad!!! Box was broken. There were only one air-pack and lens box loose. Should be securely packed with care! I don't know whether this will affect the lens.

The billing and shipping zip code got switch so my delivery was returned to sender. When I requested a revised delivery address the customer service said they could only cancel my order and not send out again. Now I need to wait for a refund and don't have time to order the new merchandise in time for my event.
