My order was delayed in getting shipped, once it was fulfilled it arrived in good time. I really like all three sweaters I purchased, the green one is my favourite colour but a bit oversized to what I was expecting.

It took a month to receive my order, But honestly due to supply chain problems I guess I felt lucky that I finally received it! I thought the sweaters were going to be a little more substantial. That’s how they looked in the pictures. They are very soft but have no washing instructions or material content label attached like most garments. The bag says made in China, the website said made in the USA. Overall disappointed but the price was what to expect for the quality. I’d rather pay more and get better quality

Clothes are CHEAP and poor quality. Unable to return for full refund because they stated they are shipped from Dubai and that I would have to pay high freight charges. Poor customer service via email- which states the max refund is $31 from a $104 purchase. Save yourself the heachache- do not purchase from this site! UGHHHHHHHHHH!

The quality of the sweater I ordered was top notch! I will not hesitate to order again!! The only draw back was the processing and shipping was pretty long

The clothing that I ordered are good quality and very comfortable. The clothing is just as pictured. There had been a delay and when I contacted customer service they responded very quickly and offered two solutions. When the clothing arrived, they were folded and bagged separately and neatly. I really like that added touch. I am very happy with my order.

Updating 10/30/31 My sweaters arrived ! The same day customer service replied to my emails regarding an order number to confirm the order was in the works.....zero paperwork with the delivery ie no company, order #, customer service referenced. 2 OF THE 3 SWEATERS ARE EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED WITH ACCURATE SIZING SO I NEED TO CHANGE MY REVIEW FROM 1 START TO 3 STARS. The third sweater had a dragonfly print across front and also the back - there is a large black smudge on the wing on both sides - not part of the design, i double checked the online photos. so i will email customer service to see what my options are for an even exchange... 10/26/21 Review I ordered 2 sweaters via facebook marketing link a month ago ( note to self, why do you keep thinking anything is a legit product or company via fbook link) The website looked legit and they emphasized USA shipping from their warehouse in Greenwood IN. The charge for my items was debited from my account via their London headquarters, resulting in a foreign exchange charge. So today i went on the GabrinL.com web site to track my order and i cannot do that as i do not have a confirmation number. I sort through my email - junk, deleted, etc. NOTHING confirming my order or an order number. But i paid them, so somewhere there is a record. I call my bank to see if there is a tracking number or order confirmation on the exchange for payment receipt = oddly, nothing at all. my bank says GABRINL.com has a 26 / 100 rating on scam-detector.com and a bad rating on scamadviser.com I sent a second note to customer service, explaining i have paid in full, do not find a confirmation email, and asking for that information so i can track my order (From Greenwood, IN according to their initial order promotional hook....My sweaters were IN STOCK when i ordered them.....but in stock on what continent is what i failed to realize was the questions. So thus far its a one star experience and a questionable $100 investment- should i receive any correspondence from their customer service team - or better yet, my order in hand - i will update this review.
