Poor quality. I’ve emailed 3 times asking to return for a refund and have not heard back. They were very responsive to emails when I inquired about canceling my order in the beginning because of delay. Now that I’m not happy with the quality, I’m not hearing back.

I came to this site to confirm Gabrinl was an honest retailer. Based on reviews here, I assumed they were. My order was shipped 2.5 weeks after I placed it. I started to wonder if I had been scammed. I contacted the company and they did reply that it was being processed. They did respond. It took 10 days to arrive and I didn't pay duty, so that was also good. However, the product itself is... fairly different from the photos. First the colours in the photos is definitely enhanced. The colours are less vibrant than the images. One sweater I bought looked like a sweater from Walmart - not at all like the photo and not worth the price charged. The yarn in the sweater is a thin recycled 'substance' (thinner than acrylic). Due to it's thinness, it doesn't match the look/feel of the photos. I can't see the sweaters looking nice after one wash, let alone a season of wear. There appears to be quality control in the manufacturing. However, there are no labels with instructions for care, what the fabric/yarn is, etc. I have asked for a refund - which requires a label. I'll see how that goes. Given anyone can write a review with no way of confirming my purchase, I'm wondering if this site actually is trustworthy. Perhaps Gabrinl staff fill these reviews? I am so disheartened with buying clothes online.

The sweaters are gorgeous! They fit true to size and are super soft. I typically wear a size 10 US and the medium was perfect. It took about 4 weeks for delivery.
