Easy to order, products arrived as shown.

Gabrinl states free returns on their website but that is not the case. I have been trying to return my $120 purchase for the past 2 weeks and it has been an ongoing hassle. They start out telling me to keep the clothes and donate to charity bc the return shipping is too high and offer a $30 refund. Emails have been going back and forth, each time they increase the refund ($30, $50) Today I received an email stating that if I want a full refund I will have to pay the shipping costs to DUBAI. This is not what is advertised on their website. The jackets I received looked NOTHING like what was advertised on their website. All I can say about this company is BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered three items. They shipped two items and charged me for all three. They are a fraud and a scam.

Today I received an email stating that if I want a full refund I will have to pay the shipping costs. This is not what is advertised on their website. If Gabrinl wants to continue to grow they are going to have to improve their return and stand by what they advertise on their website. All I can say about this company is BUYER BEWARE!

The dress arrived on time and was exactly what I expected it to be.
