Order took long to receive and also one of the sweaters I ordered has a small hole in it. I was disappointed for the price I paid.

Love my dress!! However, it takes too long to receive the order….ordered in November 2024 & didn’t receive until January 2025. Need more communication with your customer.

The outfits are adorable. The shipping was tedious, and following the tracking and calling the number given did not work at the time I was going to call my credit card company to cancel the package that showed up. I am not sure I would order again just because of the shipping, it said the address was incomplete but when I finally got it, it was all correct.

Their website states you get free return shipping. I have an item that does not fit and I’m trying to return it and they’re trying to compensate me seven dollars to get me to keep it and a second email said they’ll give me $12 to keep it. I want to return my item as it is not something that fits me and that I will wear, but they are making it very difficult to return this item. I’m getting annoyed with their haggling.

I waited 4-5 weeks for the 3 dresses to arrive and found them to be very big (I ordered size S) and the fabric very cheap. When I inquired about the return, the communication was again, very slow, and the offered only $35 return price for a $92 purchase due to shipping costs to Dubai, yet they said I had to cover shipping the return?? Garments are marked as made in China, returns must be sent to Dubai - this company is not convenient for US shoppers

I hope to receive a return address label. The sweater I ordered looked nothing like the picture on FB and the sizing was off. I ordered a small, which I typically wear, and this sweater was huge. I was extremely disappointed and hope they step up with their customer service. I will not ever order from this company again.
