We will try to help you here. As you might know, compression stockings are not that easy to put on and you need to follow special instructions to do it. Let us give you some recommendations. First of all, the best time to put them on is morning time as early as possible. The best would be just straight away after you wake up. - Find a comfortable place to sit, so that you can maintain balance. - Put your arm all the way into your compression sock, grab the heel pocket - Pull the top of your sock down your arm so that it turns inside out, leaving an opening or pocket area to place your foot inside. Stop when you reach your thumb, which should still be holding the heel of the compression sock. - With your foot now inside the sock, grab the sock cuff with both hands and begin pulling the sock up the sides of your leg. Make sure the sock fits comfortably around your foot before continuing. - Once you have the stockings rolled up to its maximum length, smooth out any loose sections or wrinkles. - Repeat for the other foot. We understand your feelings as this is an unacceptable situation that never should have happened. It looks like a mistake by the carrier company, which of course doesn't make it easier or any better for you. Unfortunately, we don't have any influence on USPS, but as we've written in our email to you, we're ready to reimburse or send you a new package as soon as you make sure that the shipment hasn't been delivered to your mailbox or any other place where it could have been placed by the carrier. Unfortunately, we haven't heard from you back. Please, let us know the status of the issue and we will definitely find the best suitable for you option either return money or send you another package.
