We're sorry for your unpleasant shopping experience and the misunderstanding caused. During the New Year period, our manufacturers and express companies are on vacation, which led to the shipments of orders being delayed. We sent you an email explaining the situation for you and compensated for the issue as well. Based on our return policy, we will process a refund or a replacement order for you based on your needs after receiving the returned package. If you find that the status of your returned package is marked as Delivered and you haven't received the refund, you can contact our customer service center. In most cases, our agent will reach out to you once we receive the returned package. If not, that may mean we haven't received your returned package or there's no information in the package so we cannot recognize the consumer. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service center. Thank you for your understanding.
