Worse company ever by far!
My glasses don’t fit. I’ve sent you pictures of how the temples don’t reach my ear. I tried to get you to replace my glasses but you tried all kinds of tricks to get me to spend more money refusing to replace them. First you claimed there was no defect on the glasses so I would have to ship them back at my expense which you claimed would cost more than the glasses, then you tried to get me to buy another one at a discount, then you tried to blackmail me into changing my bad review as a condition to replace my glasses, and finally when you realized I was contesting the charge with my credit card company you tried to get me to remove my claim with the credit company as a condition to further help me. I don’t know if that’s how you do business in China but in the USA the customer comes first. Thanks to the Apple credit card for reversing the charge! PS: Beware of all the fake 5 star reviews!

After uploading your picture, you will be able to see what the frame looks like on you in advance. Because the try-on function doesn't show the actual size effect, to find the frames that suit you most, you could have a look at the dimensions of the frame, which are listed on the frame's details page, before ordering your glasses.
