I've bought several pairs of glasses from Fytoo. They provide great value and good quality combined with cool designs.

I had ordered glasses months ago and my glasses were lost in the mail.,I tried to retrieve them,I couldn't,I tried to contact the company a few times and couldn't get in contact with anyone., but, I was given replacement glasses that are being replaced,I'm waiting for my new pair,but I'm happy to receive help from Summer in customer service..

I ordered frames in the past and had no problem with the process of receiving the frames. I recently purchased the frames with my prescription and did not receive the glasses. I reached out to let futon know that tracking indicated they were on hold somewhere in transit. There was an apology and response of we will process another pair and with that being said still nothing. Bad experience and poor customer service!!!! The order was placed by my wife.

First of all, the seller was very accommodating when the original pair of glasses I had ordered came up as 'out of stock', Fytoo helped me pick out a better more appealing pair. At all times, the seller was very gracious and kept me in the link. The glasses arrived and I was so thrilled with the pair Fytoo had chosen for me. My own insurance had quoted me $514.00 for just lenses. I have a tricky prescription and I paid less than $200. I couldnt be happier with the quality and excellence of my new Glasses. I will always use Fytoo! Thank you

I gave one star because I wasn’t able to give a 0 star. I’ve been trying to get in touch with Fytoo for a month because the prescription in one of my glasses lens is wrong. I’ve made several attempts to get in touch with them to no avail. They just won’t get back to me. Their customer service is 1000% HORRIBLE!! The glasses are nice but the prescription is wrong. I will never purchase from them again. They WILL NOT get back in touch with you if you have a problem. Try other online companies. I’ve purchased from other companies and have been 1000% satisfied. Take your money somewhere else. AVOID FYTOO!

The Fytoo support team responds quickly and thoroughly, always making sure to help & reassure their customers! Their frames are high quality and sleek. Their checkout process for all their glasses frames is very easy and makes buying glasses frames (with custom features) easy to understand. Totally worth buying from Fytoo!
