Cumbersome Return Process
The product was fine with the exception it did not fit my face. Your return process is cumbersome. Expectation in this current age would be where you put in the order number on your website and select the item you are returning. A label is then electronically generated, I attach it to the box to mail back to you. This is not your process as you ask that we email you and then you send back an address at a later time.
