We're sorry for the misunderstanding caused. According to our records, your order was delivered on July 31st. We received your request about the scratch on your glasses on August 7th. To solve your problem properly, our agent hoped you would send us a picture of the glasses you received. Each pair of glasses has to go through strict quality inspections before being shipped out. We checked our records and confirmed there was no scratch on the glasses when they were shipped. We asked you whether the scratch appeared when you opened the package or in the process of your daily wear. In this case, we will be able to know how the issue happens and prevent it from happening again. From start to finish, we have never shied away from solving your problems. We also ask questions to get more information in order to solve your problem. We can only offer you a solution after figuring it out. We were confused as to why the normal problem-solving process was a sign that we were out of touch and didn't want to solve the problem.
