Frames get alot of compliments. Fytoo took extra time to get my strong prescription correct.

My glasses arrived broken. I emailed customer service the same day they arrived and included pictures. They were going to replace the glasses as they were under a warranty for 180 days. However, they told me I had to pay for shipping which I feel is wrong. They arrived broken they said they would pay for shipping if I gave a 5 star review. They did make good on replacing the glasses at no charge. I have tried the glasses. I like the style of the frames. I am likely to buy another pair with my current prescription.

I had a small inconvenience with my rx and shipping, but the customer service was excellent!!! Summer was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. Communication was fast and effective. First time ordering FYTOO, definetly will order again. Thank you!!!

This company has a great selection of very stylish glasses. The glasses I purchased fit really well, and look great. Wait time was a little long, but worth the wait.

Just rec'd my 2nd pair of prescription glasses from Fytoo. The price points are insanely inexpensive and quality of eyewear is top tier. Took about 6 wks to arrive, due to customizations on my frames. However, they kept me posting via email .Very happy!

I would 100% recommend Fytoo. I bought three beautiful frames which arrived within ten days. Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the frames. I reached out to Fytoo and they responded quickly and resolved my issue way beyond expectations. First class customer service and very high quality product.

I have tried other on line company for glasses, but Fytoo has the best Glases. They are different, I get so many compliments. Would always buy again.
