I had issues they rectified them and went far and over the top

Horrible customer service. Will do anything to avoid refunding you when there's an issue (took me a month of correspondence) and asked me to leave a good review before they were willing to send my money back.

I have never been disappointed by their service. Just once the glasses were built slightly bent and they deny me immediately another pair at no cost for me. Highly trustworthy brand.

Great Value and Quality . I order a pair of glasses and realized I entered the wrong P.D. Value. I contacted Customer Service and they corrected the prescription. I have gotten Great Service each time I ordered. I have bought 8 pair in total. I've gotten many Compliments. I will be a Repeat Customer!

My product never showed up. I contacted FYTOO and received an answer immediately. I was informed the frames I wanted were out of stock and asked to choose a different one. I looked but did not see any I wanted. I was told afterwards the original ones would be in stock later so I chose to wait in which I received an email recently and wrote back. I’m now awaiting my product. I’m excited. I’m not disappointed because this could have happened to anyone. I’m glad FYTOO made it right as stated they would.

I been ordering my family’s glasses on Fytoo for the last few years and they never fail my expectations! Love the quality of the frames and the variety of styles. The shipping is pretty quick. I definitely recommend and whenever you need to reach customers service they answer pretty quick and resolve your issues efficiently. You must try them out once you do you will continue to buy from them like I have.
