I think you are running a scam
I think you are running a scam. You want customers to pay for shipping insurance when you do not deliver the merchandise to their door or mailbox. You place package on the floor in a public building, and expect customers to get their merchandise. This happened twice with the same order and to date I have not received the merchandise.

We're sorry for any misunderstanding caused. Your first order is marked as delivered, but you said that you didn't receive it. So the insurance comes into effect, and we generated a replacement order for you. Even if it is the mistake the carrier made, we have sent you a replacement order.
