Great customer service
I ordered glasses from Fytoo, the order process was easy and works fine. Unfortunately we hat some issue with the delivery of the parcel. DHL could not deliver my package, but that was not the fault from Fytoo. Because of that I had contact with the customer service of Fytoo. They do reply really really fast and also make everything happen, that I can get a redelivery. So it was a great experience with the customer service and I hope the redelivery arrives soon.
