This Company is a joke

This Company is a joke. I will never ever give anyone this website for glasses. I ordered glasses and been trying to get them to send another pair for the one that came with the lenes out. Instead of trying to assist me they worried about the 1-star review. This is their response Below. I'm not deleting until I get the glasses I paid for correctly. I shouldn't have to pay for glasses twice to be able to wear them. I ordered them and now i have to pay for someone to fix them in order to wear them. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Each pair of glasses has to go through our strict quality inspections before being shipped out. However, if the package is subjected to impact or rough handling during transit, the screws on the eyeglass frames may loosen or fall out. Such instances are extremely rare. We've already provided you with a solution: a whole pair of free replacement glasses. We simply hope that if you are satisfied with our services or solutions, you might consider revising this review. Speed of delivery and customer service is superior. Glasses, both lenses and frames are excellent and within budget. I had a slight issue with one, but customer service fixed it quickly. Would highly recommend.
