Their clear standard coating has a tint. Made me pay for returning it and never refunded me
The standard coating apparently has a tint to it which isn’t written about in the description. I thought I was ordering clear glasses so I didn’t really want to keep these. I contacted them asking for a return and refund but they just said “that’s normal” and refused to cover the return even though it was a quality issue. Update: shipped them back 2 months ago to return on my own cost since they refused to acknowledge this as a quality issue (was $40 to ship back) and I never received a refund from fytoo. That’s $115 down the drain. I had to buy replacement glasses from eyebuydirect with the same coating and they are totally clear with no issues. Cost only slightly more but it’s better quality and they offer free returns and great customer service so well worth it.

According to the pictures, the lenses are reflect the color of the light, which is normal. Meanwhile, we've already sent the return address previously and will issue the refund after receifving the package. Our agent has contacted you again with a better solution.
