Problem Resolved
This was the first purchase I've made through fytoo. The frames were lovely and good quality. Sadly, I had a problem with the lenses (my friends who recommended them have never had problems). Although initially upset that the company's return policy requires products to be returned to an address in China (for which I'm giving a 4/5 instead of 5), Fytoo's excellent customer service reached out and resolved the issue.

Good customer service!
I bought 3 pairs of glasses. Sadly something went wrong in the shipping. I guess you can only see what "customer service" means when shit happens. Well, fytoo's answer was fast, efficient, polite. They offered to redo the glasses and send them express. Customer service= perfect!

I love my new glasses
I love my new glasses. The only issue I have had is the fact that the bridge is too "big"... and when I read the measurements, because they have nose pads, I thought I was ok. I took them to an optical shop and they brought them in as much as they could. I wear them constantly with SO many compliments. What could be better as well, is the shipping time. It took longer than it should have and the website was never updated properly. I love the styles, and the explanations... but more narrow bridge sizes are definetly needed with all the cook funky designs.
