Perfect First-Time Experience with Fytoo!
This was our very first time buying glasses online, and I was ordering for my mom; we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We ordered the MASHA glasses in pink, along with a case and ear hooks, on August 31st. The glasses arrived perfect, stylish, comfortable, and exactly as shown online. The color is gorgeous, the fit is spot on, and the lenses are crystal clear. My mom can literally see every fine print! I especially want to thank Kelly from Fytoo Customer Support. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Not long after we placed the order, she reached out to me directly via email to confirm and clarify the prescription. We exchanged emails back and forth until September 2nd, and she carefully guided us through the adjustments to ensure everything matched perfectly. Without her help, the order would have been wrong, but thanks to her attention to detail, the glasses came out exactly as needed. She even expedited the shipment since the case and ear hooks were already processing. Because of Kelly’s support, this first-time experience with Fytoo was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The MASHA glasses are perfect, and we’ll definitely be returning customers.
