Great customer service!

I LOVEEE this brand. I’ve wanted glasses from them for so long cause I’ve tried some frames that my friend got from them and fell in love instantly. I had ordered myself about 3 pairs, but they got lost. It said they delivered but never received them. This has happened before with other brands and they’re very unforgiving and don’t really have any resolutions for me. But Fytoo took such good care of me, they offered to send a replacement asap. I was away for a few months studying abroad and didn’t have an exact place to get mail, so even after about 3 months of being away they still remembered my order and kept their promise of sending out a replacement order even months after the situation. They are truly amazing with their customer service and I’m so excited to get my frames and will be ordering from them again soon. Thank you Fytoo, forever a fan! Please get yourself some frames I promise they’re worth it.
