Forced to write a 5 star review in order to receive a partial refund for glasses that have not left their warehouse

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I’ve received regarding my recent order. Your policy states a 30-day return window, yet I have not even received my glasses, and I was informed that I would only be eligible for a partial refund—contingent upon submitting a five-star review. I initially reached out through your live chat on 11/21 and was instructed to follow up via email, which I did the same day. Since then, it has taken over a week of repeated communication to receive clarity and to be offered only a partial refund, while the glasses I already paid for still have not shipped from your warehouse. I was particularly concerned when I was told that in order to receive this “special refund,” I needed to submit a review. After doing so and providing a screenshot, I was then informed that the review specifically needed to be five stars. Being required to submit a positive review in exchange for a refund is inappropriate and deeply frustrating. Overall, the lack of timely support, the delay in processing my order, and the requirement to post a review in order to receive any refund have been extremely disappointing. At this point, I still have not been able to reorder the correct lenses, and the issue remains unresolved.

Thanks for your feedback and we're sorry for the misunderstanding. When you contacted us to cancel the order, the lenses have finished processing. Since they're customized to your own Rx and we can't resell to other customers. That's why we have to deduct the lenses and refund the rest. But we attach great importance to your issue and we've applied an better solution for you and got your satisfaction. That's why you left us a positive review. We don't understand why you changed your mind so quickly. Well that’s disappointing!
Well that’s disappointing!! I was sold a lie from Kelly who promised to replace my original order and scammed me into buying another set of go to make up for the first order!! I get the order expecting that the original glasses would be sent with the new ones BUT NOPE AND NOW I HAVE SENT 3 emails asking to see where my original order is and NO RESPONSE I HAVE BEEN GHOSTED!! I will never order from FYTOO again!! Absolutely Pathetic and the glasses I did review are GARBAGE!!!

We apologize for the misunderstanding. You previously contacted us stating that your two frames were not suitable for you, and we also discovered that you had entered your prescription incorrectly. Therefore, we reshipped two new pairs of glasses according to your requirements. This solution was approved by you. After receiving your confirmation, we generated a new order and sent you a confirmation email so you could review the order details again. You raised no objections during this process. You did not pay any fees for the new order. You may review our call records and email correspondence if you have any misunderstandings. Additionally, we respond to every email within 12 hours. I love the glasses
I love the glasses, the prescriptions are so perfect. The customer servicio is excellent. I have bought more than 6 pair of glasses with them. The quality of the glasses is excellent. 100 % recommended

Great product
Great product, delivered in 2.5 or 3 wks, better than expected! And I have a -6.75 Rx and astigmatistm, so was nervous about these working at all. I hope they last; I've only had them for about 2 weeks, but so far, so good!
