The glasses were a lot bigger than the sescription

I ordered prescription eyeglasses from this website and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The glasses I received were from Fytoo, but the lens prescription was completely wrong compared to what I submitted in my order. I contacted customer service immediately by email, explained the issue clearly, and provided the necessary information. Instead of offering a solution, replacement, or refund, they refused to take responsibility or help resolve the problem. Prescription glasses are medical items, Prescription glasses are medical items, and receiving the wrong prescription is not a small mistake — it affects vision and daily life. I expected better quality control and customer service. I would not recommend ordering prescription glasses from this website. Please be careful before purchasing. Very poor quality control and even worse customer service. I do not recommend ordering from this company FYTOO UPDATE: i received a return address ( Huanghe 18 Road and Bohai 9 Road South 200 meters No. 201 Shan , Bin Zhou, Bin Cheng District. 256600 China Mr. Zhang (+86)18136249679 from your company, but no return label was provided. I am now expected to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself. This is very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and a proper return process. Please clarify how this return should be handled and provide a prepaid return label as soon as possible. i already paid 122$ for the glasses im not going to pay extra money for shipping you guys have to provide shipping label for people. you guys just want to steal money from people. you customer service is poor i didn’t get no help. Me sorprendió lo fácil, económico, rápido y de muy buena calidad. Vivo en Canadá y es muy costoso adquirir gafas formuladas y con FYTOO lo obtuve por 1/3 del costo aquí. Gracias muy recomendado

The frames came with a pouch, cleaning cloth, measurement scale and a set of small screw drivers.
