I loved the way the packaging came sealed to perfection and the glasses protected well with all their essentials needed. The quality of these glasses are bomb and the attention to detail is incredible! So happy with my orders

Good customer service. Kelly was really helpful answering my questions about my order.

had an issue with my order being marked as delivered even though I never received the package. Aya from Fytoo’s support team was very helpful and responsive while we looked into the situation. She worked with me to resolve the problem and arranged for a replacement order. I appreciate the assistance and the effort to make things right.

Good customer service.

Not only do they offer great, stylish, and quality frames at an affordable price, their customer service is also incredibly superb! I spoke with Olivia about switching out my frames to a different style after placing an order so I wouldn’t have to deal with the pesky return process. She was happy to do it no questions asked! Didn’t even charge me the price difference. Talk about going above and beyond! I’ll definitely be ordering a lot more frames in the near future!
