The worst company ever !!! Total scam. That rating score is given by them… the glasses are poor quality. Measurements and description are deceitful… customer service no where to be found…. Delivery 3 weeks. Tried to return my so called glasses all I got were emails giving me the runaround. Tried calling all you get is an answering machine…at the end of this nightmare they offered me a 20% discount on a new pair and I have to pay for shipping on the return ! Stay away. Total scam !!!

I have tried so many times to give this company a chance. I placed an order on February 26th 260226195873012824. It still hasn’t shown up and it is now March 26th. I notified them that I didn’t get the shipment and they’d expedite and ship a new one. Well that hasn’t happened. We are at one month today. So assuming they even ship, it’ll be nearly 6 weeks for a pair of glasses. This is unacceptable. I guess if you don’t mind paying for glasses you may or may not receive 6 weeks later then this review isn’t for you. But if you expect to get what you paid for in a reasonable amount or at all, then yeah, you might want to look somewhere other than Fytoo. It looks like I may now have to go dispute these charges with my bank to get a resolution. Update: as of today 4/1/2026 I still have not received my glasses. As you’ll see from response below, yes someone reached out but that did not include and significant resolution at all. I realize they immediately post these on reviews to give the impression something has been resolved, just to be clear, anyone reading this can be sure as of today nothing at all has been done. No glasses, no refund!!

I loved my experience with Fytoo. Quick shipping and the shopping part was so fun! I have three new pairs of groovy glasses, I’ll be looking forward to my next shop!

I paid $144 fo my progressive lenses and frames. The quality is horrible. The frames themselves look like child play glasses. The rx is not right or atleast not the same on both lenses. I was offered a 20%odd coupon. Why would I order from them again? I could be refunded but they don’t tell you that this business is located in Hong Kong and you are responsible for shipping the glasses back. To HONG KONG. Don’t waste your money
