Updated Review: My experience with Fytoo has escalated from poor service to deeply concerning business practices. I placed an order on April 3, 2026, and received the glasses on April 23/24. The product was not wearable due to improper alignment and defective construction. When I reported the issue, the company first offered to refund only the shipping cost. I refused. They then offered half of the purchase price. I refused again. They later offered a higher partial refund (excluding shipping and handling). While I found this unacceptable, I agreed in an effort to resolve the matter. However, the situation took a serious turn when the company then stated they would only process the refund if I deleted my public review. This was put in writing. That decision changed everything. Using a customer’s review as a condition for a refund is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s ethics. What is even more troubling is that they documented this behavior in their own emails. Fytoo had multiple opportunities to resolve this matter professionally. Instead, they chose a path that has now led to formal complaints being filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as a dispute with my credit card company. Consumers should be aware: this experience was not just about a defective product, but about how the company chose to handle it. Proceed with caution.
