FYTOOReviews of fytoo.com

Customer service & quality of products.

I've purchased glasses from Fytoo two different times and have been very pleased and satisfied with their products. Their glasses are very stylish, durable, and their quality is great. Additionally, their delivery service is very fast. Their prices are very affordable, and their customer service is very helpful and always replies promptly.

Great………….

Fast and easy glasses that you just can't find in a chain store! I have a bunch. Just love my Fytoo glasses.

This is my 2nd pair of prescription glasses with and they works just perfect. Costumer service is very responsive and willing to help with any questions or doubts. I’ll recommend to buy your next glasses with them for sure. Btw Olivia in costumer service is amazing, answering questions and take care of your order.

The glasses I ordered never made it to me, as it got lost in transit. I was going to leave a negative review because in addition to not receiving, the glasses selected became non-available. However, the fast and constant communication from Summer at Fytoo was key into turning this negative into a positive. We were able to come up with a solution that saved me as a continued customer. Summer is the reason I gave a 5-star review. Thanks Summer and Fytoo for appreciating your customers.

I’m extremely happy with the glasses from Fytoo. They look exactly like the pictures, and the quality honestly surprised me for the price. Shipping to Puerto Rico took about 2 weeks, which was totally reasonable. This is definitely the cheapest place where I’ve found stylish glasses, and they constantly give discounts that make everything even more affordable. Because of that, I can have different glasses for every style without spending too much money. Honestly, for the price of one pair somewhere else, I can get about 4 pairs from Fytoo. I highly recommend them if you want variety, great prices, and glasses that actually match the photos.
