My experience with Fytoo has been great, I was initially hesitant to purchase my prescription glasses but honestly I’m so happy I did, the quality and the range of designs/styles are amazing and also thank you to Olivia who has been amazing with assisting me with getting a replacement as there was a mistake with the wrong colour of my second pair but they every kind in rectifying the issue.

I had a great experience purchasing a second pair this time round. The website and user interface is easy to navigate, the selections are varied and the quality of the frames are superb. Customer service was very responsive, addressing my concerns within a day! Once the lensing and quality assurance processes were completed in a few days, the order was expedited quickly via Business Express which takes no more than 4 working days.
