There’s always lotta rumor running around all the time. But I was the one who ordered during the whole mixup when they were being called scammers and they were trying to rip everybody off. I can personally attest that that is not a law of the case and they make sure to take care of you and I was beyond satisfied with how they conducted themselves. The customer service was over the top and I personally can’t imagine dealing with anybody else in this kind of industry. As always keep up the good work. And ignore all the negative things ignorant people have to say.

Have had most of the packs land the last 2-3 seem Mia and little response. Hoping it’s just stuck up somewhere but seems like something else is going on. Pretty fantastic product when it does arrive. Worst thing I’ve had to deal with is them not sealing the envelope not sure how that happened but I never got a response on the matter either. Is what it is I get mistakes happen but you know. Is what it is. Packaging/stealth could be a bit better but I get why it’s minimal but certain things could definitely be improved.

These people claiming that this company is a scam are either other companies who are actually scamming people or maybe their items got confiscated by customs that’s not the responsibility of the company. This company has been very responsive and their products are legitimate I highly recommend them. This is coming from the USA I’m not sure about other countries but these guys are definitely legit and so is their products.

Fantastic!!! Their website is easy to navigate, from order to crypto payment by far the easiest I've experienced. I've been researching RC's for over 5years. I was uneasy at first, however quickly was reassured when they indeed sent me a tracking number. Took 11 days, but tracked airmail is the way to go. Quick email responses. And they answered my questions in a very professional and proactive manner. Makes me think the people on here posting that they are scammers, I can almost bet it was user error not any error on on Fx's part. Anyway I only have amazing things to say and would highly recommend them to all my research buddies!

I've just received my order Of RC's from fxchemlabs. It took 16 days to reach me on the west coast of America. Product is very high quality and I'm really satisfied. They are not scammers.

These guys are complete scammers.. and good at it. Stringing everyone along and getting the most out of the website that they can before everyone knows. I can see so many red flags now that I missed when I originally made my order ages ago. Like only offering tracking on orders over 500.. of course nobody's going to make an order over 500 for the first time ordering from an unproven company. Like I said, they're good at it, and I got taken. It's too bad that it's so hard to find legit vendors nowadays. Or even to find legit sourcing sites or forums.

I have ordered two or three times, very happy with the customer support, the delivery time and the product itself. Only complaint now is that they don't seem to answer questions from customers even if you use the support ticket system on their website.

They more than made up for what happened to me and i appreciate it
