Package received. Missing 2 items I ordered (half my order) and contains 1 product that I didn’t order nor really want. Waiting on customer service to respond to my email.

Update. Put in another order and it came as promised. In fact it was delivered three days earlier than tracking estimated. So major turnaround from the first three orders. The last order never arrived but this was not FX’a fault. They were a little slow in communicating the issue and was very informative in available options. Very happy with their customer service and again a big turnaround from the first orders once they did. I understand their precarious position and the untrustworthy customer base but he underscores my position and what I explained took place and it still frustrates me that he took the position he took and did not ship the last ten that was owed. It is what it is and took another chance and it all worked out. Have a reshipment on the way and will update with the results.

So I'm having a hard time with this last one I did for 20... it's been almost a month... Haven't got anything can someone please let me know maybe why bc I know it didn't get cought bc I haven't got anything telling me my mail is at the post office nothing and I have got my other ones in the past but they also took some time can anyone plz put my mind at some ease and tell me that they have maybe had there's come late b4

update: I've been waiting 4 months for my 2nd order... I don't think it's coming. (1st order) I finally got my order! It just took about 18 days to get it to Washington. Thanks guys! And I apologize for the negative review!

I've been a customer of FX for over a year and a half I believe. In the past the success rate to South US was about 50%, first order never arrived but my second and third did, and then I would have some not arrive and others make it. Generally total time was 13 days (quickest) to 30ish days (longest). Out of my past 5 orders, only 1 has arrived since Nov 21'. My first 3 were consecutive over the course of 2 months - one arrived. My last two, one was Feb 22', never arrived, and August 22' - do not believe it will come at this rate. I believe Spain is just as difficult to get things to the US now as NL is/has been. Good Luck, its just really risky to order from any EU vendor, keep your expectations extremely low. EDIT: Company is not a scam, but overall the market is just not good for EU.

So I'm about 3/6 in successful orders from fxchemlabs. First one arrived in about 12 days. 2nd order never arrived, this was when they had some police issues a few months back. I gave them another chance and my order arrived in only 8 days. I was excited and quickly placed another order . I never received that order but me being the idiot gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a new order about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet. So I'm waiting on my last two orders. I will not be ordering again unless one of both of my orders miraculously show ups. So are these guys legot? My answer is sometimes. I don't know if they selectively scam or what but I never receive a seizure letter from customs..
