So I'm about 3/6 in successful orders from fxchemlabs. First one arrived in about 12 days. 2nd order never arrived, this was when they had some police issues a few months back. I gave them another chance and my order arrived in only 8 days. I was excited and quickly placed another order . I never received that order but me being the idiot gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed a new order about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it yet. So I'm waiting on my last two orders. I will not be ordering again unless one of both of my orders miraculously show ups. So are these guys legot? My answer is sometimes. I don't know if they selectively scam or what but I never receive a seizure letter from customs..

I know FX is legit and they came highly recommended. So I pulled the trigger and ordered 1 gram of 4f-mph. I have never not received my parcels from the other guys that ship from Spain so I figured I would be all good. It's been a month today. I get customs and things happen but I receive multiple gram shipments and c-liquid bottles from the other Spanish shippers, so I don't know what went wrong. It was only 1 gram but 55 dollars down the drain. I just wanted to post my experience for other American researchers so they have both sides of the spectrum. I'm very disappointed and unfortunately, will not try again. So, not scammers but couldn't get one gram to the states successfully in my expierence.

Expert packaging, highest quality product, honest and prompt communication, et cetera, etc. Nothing but positive things to say, Their professionalism is refreshingly exceptional. Especially in a market full of bad actors. Had nothing but excellent experiences throughout many, many transactions with this company the past couple years, so when prompted to leave a review with a link from their website, it's a pleasure to oblige.

These guys have had excellent communication, anytime there was any sort of error. Personally my favorite vendor been here since day 1. Always get my order and excellent quality

Placed an order this week for my first ever research. They have been good with customer service so far. Also, my order status went from processing to shipped fairly quick. UPDATE: NEVER GOT MY PACKAGE!

I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. I I I was a bit apprehensive at first... However there are very few legit, established, and consistant RC vendors our there. So I figured it couldn't hurt to find out. And damn am I glad I did. FX has proved to be far far far better than even my highest expectation. They don't f*$& around. They are for real, for real, the real deal. Ordering was simple,quick and they sent me the tracking numbers within 24 hrs and sure enough both of my packages landed safe and sound. Not to mention the quality is by far some of the best quality I've seen around in a very very long time. I would highly recommend to all of my research buddies.

I haven’t received my order just yet. But I can honestly say that the quick response to my messages is a good start on building a vendor/customer relationship. Customer services seems to be on point.
