Update: June from customer was very courteous in helping me receive a refund. I felt listened to and hope they will improve their checkout process. The company has an apparently very quick response to processing and shipping orders. I seriously hope they fix the other issues I mentioned below. Original Post and 1 star rating: Their ordering system is sketchy. I selected a discount order for 14.95, put in my payment info and immediately was notified the payment was made with no confirmation page. Then I was taken through 10 upsell pages before arriving at a confirmation page that showed it charged me $60 for 5, which I most certainly did not select. I had to call customer service where they continued to try to upsell me. I kept telling them just to cancel. Now I am in limbo with an email that says my "modification" is being reviewed. Do not order from the company.

UPDATE 8/9/23 Within 24 hours of writing this review I received a phone call from Joan at Fuugu. She could not have been more helpful, understanding, or professional. She apologized profusely for my experience and is issuing a full refund to my PayPal account without me returning the products (which have now shipped!!). I was not trying to get anything free and offered to pay for what I thought I was originally ordering ($18.95 plus $4.95 shipping). Finally, good customer service!! S.G. I placed an order for one (1) 6 pack of dishwasher tabs at $18.95 plus $4.95 shipping through PayPal and my account was charged $59.95 and $42.84 for 5 packages of 6 dishwasher cleaning tabs and 4 packs of washing machine cleaning tabs!! Just like others I contacted company within a couple of minutes and received same run around and an offer of 20% discount and 2 free digital books to keep order. I declined and despite written requests to the company, the order appears to be on its way and I haven’t received a refund. TOTAL SCAM!! I am working through both PayPal and my bank to dispute these fraudulent charges of over $100!!! I wish I had seen this site before looking at Fuubu. Stay away from this company!!!!

I thought I was buying Fuugy tablets on sale for $17.95 on Facebook instead of the regular price of $59.95. But no, I'd paid $59.95. (I stupidly thought they would subtract the difference during checkout.) Within one minute I tried to cancel the order by calling the company's number, but was told the cancellation would take 24 hours and that I would receive an email about it. I did receive an email, but it was to inform me that the tablets were on the way. I was so infuriated that I started the return process as soon as I received them, but learned I would have to pay for return shipping. Amazingly, even though the tablets were sent to me from a state in the US, I will have to return them to Lithuania!!! I went to the post office just now and learned that the return shipment will cost $26.95. Because I don't trust this company, I suspect they will say the tablets got damaged after the journey to Lithuania! I am not willing to risk more of my money by paying for the return shipment to a distant country. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I haven't even included other details like the tone of the people's voices and their offers of a measly discount. Update: The same day my review was published, I was contacted by the head of Fuugy's customer support. She asked me questions and then verified my email and calls to the company. She then offered me a full refund of what I paid, $59.95, and I answered that I'd be happy paying what I thought I'd paid: $17.95. She agreed and the very next morning PayPal notified me that a $36 credit was on the way (she had included the standard postage). Anyway, I'm satisfied with the result and look forward to trying the Fuugy tablets, which have received good reviews.

bereits bei der Bestellung wurde mir ein weiteres Produkt zu speziellen Konditionen angeboten, welches ich angenommen habe. Abgebucht wurde dann aber ohne weitere Ansage der Normalpreis ohne Tagesangebot (3facher Preis) ohne eine Möglichkeit, dies zu stoppen. Die Tabs wurden geschickt und das agressive Material hat die ziemlich neue Spülmaschine extrem angegriffen. Ich habe daraufhin reklamiert (mit Bildern). Es wurde mir angeboten, dass ich 50 % des Kaufpreises zurück erhalten sollte, wenn ich die Ware behalte. Der Rückversand wäre zu bezahlen gewesen. Es war nicht herauszufinden WOHIN zurück geschickt werden sollte und nach Internetrecherche hätte das auch China sein können. Hier kostet ein Paket in dieser größe circa 45 € und man benötigt Zollpapiere etc. . Ich habe daher das Angebot angenommen. Ergebnis: es ist keine Rückzahlung erfolgt, das zuviel abgebuchte Geld ist nicht erstattet worden und die Reklamation im Sande verlaufen. Update 25. April 2023: Nachdem ich nun ( nach 10 erfolglosen Mails) diese Rezenzion geschrieben habe, wurden mir wenigstens 50 % meines Kaufpreises erstattet. Trotzdem sind die anderen 50 % verloren. Ich kaufe hier sicher nicht mehr ein und empfehle den Shop und die Produkte nicht weiter

Update on review: Their customer service has reached out to me through phone and email to make things right. They have refunded me the amount that was charged to my card. I appreciate them getting everything fixed, but I still do not appreciate having to go through what I went through. From 1 star to 3 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!Just received my dishwasher cleaning tablets, and they are just overpriced products! Doesn’t do any better than other cheaper brands. Plus, it took forever to arrive. Not to mention how I was scammed into buying their washing machine cleaners and they wouldn’t let me cancel the order even right after it happened! They would only let me return it but since it’s very hefty (the packaging is thick and solid, and product is heavy), I opted to just try them when I received it. Never going to purchase from them again. Over a hundred dollars worth of nothing!!!

Buyer beware! They CALL YOUR HOUSE after the sale and tell you they are “giving you a refresh tab at 70% off” and assume you consent. I emphatically rejected their “Do nothing and we’ll send you this extra thing at our best sale price and automatically charge your card!” I’ll know I’m a few days if they are charging my card illegally. UPDATE: Product arrived. So far no other charges to my card. I’ve increased the rating from 1 star to 3. I still did not appreciate the high pressure sales call.

Gute Idee der Forschung! Einfacher Bestellvorgang. Lieferzeit stimmt mit vorheriger Angabe überein.Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit kann ich noch nicht beurteilen, erst einmal benutzt. Zu viele Anrufe zur Zufriedenheit des Produktes, auch schon bevor es da war.
