This is my second order. I ordered the first time because I believed in the product after reading and looking into my dishwasher. I ordered the second time because I now KNOW the product works amazing. Easy ordering and fast delivery. I am a life customer now

The customer service! I had to contact them because the product would not work in my dishwasher, it caused the washer to leak all over the floor and I don’t know why. However CS stepped in the day after I contacted them and refunded my money which is unheard of this day and time. They were very kind and professional.

I tried to buy dishwasher tabs but my order didn't go through. I thought that it did however. I did not get an invoice or anything. I left a bad review which prompted them to investigate. Money was not taken and no order even went through ( my bank blocked it) but they were nice enough to take the time to call and double check and send and email verification to me that no order went through. I appreciate the customer service.
