I love the product. We purchased this product after trying affresh and other competitors. They were all useless. The first treatment with fuugu resulted in the elimination of odor and superior cleaning. We went ahead and cleaned it again a week later and the dishwasher was cleaning and smelling like it did when we bought it 6 years ago.

The ease of ordering and the fact that the commercial was accurate makes this product earn a 5 star reputation. I've tried so many products on my washer and dishwasher repeatedly, nothing truly ever worked. There was always a smell of stagnant water, or they left a film of some sort. I tried Fuugu just once and all the issues were resolved. This will be the only product I uses from now on! I will definitely spread the word and make sure friends and family start using Fuugu as well!!!

I purchased this product due to the claims their website made. Having used other products geared towards cleaning my dishwasher and / or garbage disposal, I had almost decided nothing would actually do anything more than what rinsing with water and a scented soap would do. Upon recieving this product and using it, i was delightfully surprised. Not only did the inside of the dishwasher appear a lot cleaner- almost sanitized in fact- but the musty smell that was always there appeared to be gone. I only use the dishwasher as a drying rack, but the musty smell was keeping me from even doing that, and other cleaners only masked the smell for a day or two. I'm back to using my "drying rack" again and so far it's been three weeks and that smell hasn't returned. It's almost time to do another cleaning and I am actually looking forward to how the inside of the machine will look after this second use. I will be buying again and highly recommend this product.

I ordered their dishwasher cleaning product. It was shipped but I noticed thry left.out the street address and apartment #! They contacted me via email and I answered their questions, sending them my.full address again (I had sent it with the original.order) to which they replied that they needed an alternate address! Apparently what's fine for Amazon, USPS, and USP is not good enough for this company. I wrote back saying my address is correct just refund me. They refused to give me a full refund. Instead they refunded me $11.20 out of an order of $23.90! I won't be doing g any business with this company again. UPDATE: Fuugu.com contacted me, apologized and refunded me the full cost as well as shipping me the product for free! It shows they care.
