I wanted to trial the dishwasher cleaning tablets and order 1 packet of 6 tablets ($33 including postage). I was charged $151, even though I only authorised a $33 transaction (the order somehow changed to 4 packets, as well as 4 packets of the washing machine cleaner, which I explicitly clicked "no thanks" to on the offer when it appeared. When I contacted the company, they told me it was too late to cancel or change the order as it went straight to dispatch. After several communications in which the service rep did not address the issue at all, I wrote this review and was then contacted by the head of customer service at Fuugu. I have since received a full refund, and assurances that they would look into the ordering glitch in their website.

I too like several others received unwanted items. The website apparently adds items to an order with no opportunity to review the order and remove the unwanted items before the order is finalized. I never received a final order. When I realized ii when I opened my bank account a day later and called my bank they suggested I file a dispute. Although I tried to get a return address from the company they would not supply it because of the dispute. Now saying since its over 30 days the items cannot be returned. This Company is a scam and should be shut down!!!!! Update! After months of phone calls and request asking to return the unwanted product, a company executive responded and issued a full refund to my account. An apology was also issued. I certainly appreciate it and I am glad this whole experience is over. I did update my rating to 2 stars because I still fell no one should have to go what I did and it took writing a bad review on social media to get a satisfactory response from the company.
