REVIEW UPDATED: Their customer service team has reached out to me (both calls & emails) after my initial review and refunded my entire order with a personal apology about my experience. They assured me that they would be updating their website so such glitch would be fixed. I received the products but haven't tried so I can't give it 5 stars yet. I updated my review from one star to 4 stars based on how they handled my complaints. If you experienced similar experiences (other items were added to order without authorization and cannot be cancelled), try emailing Joan at j.torres at fuugu.com. She helped me correct the order in a prompt manner. _____________________________ I read other people's reviews so I was being very careful when placing my order and not to click the other items that I don’t need. After I clicked Submit order, some items (such as drain cleaner $56) were still added to my order without my authorization. It doesn’t allow you to change or cancel your order. Too bad that they don’t want a sustainable business! It’s definitely a one time deal for me.
