The website is easy to navigate. Customer service is very responsive and my return/refund was smooth. Most commendable is the donation to the dog sanctuary.

The vitamins are fantastic. I’ve notice positive changes in my and my husband’s health. I like them enough to work through the customer service issues related to the subscription. While I understand that items are occasionally out of stock, I would think that those items that are excluded from a subscription shipment would then ship as part of the ongoing subscription, but it isn’t, which makes me adjust when my orders are filled. I’m disappointed, but I will still attempt to find a way to work through it.

I received. Shipment of 3 bottles, and one of the glass bottles was broken. I reached out to customer service and never received a reply.

Good products! I have Alpha Gal Allergy and must not have any meat or meat by products. Greatly improved my vitamin D to normal levels. Thank you!

Future Kind is the best.

Powder just doesn't dissolve that well - maybe there's no vegan protein powder out there that actually does. At minimum needs to be blended in a real blender. A blender bottle doesn't cut it and makes for a very thick and grainy drink. Also, the bag doesn't reseal snugly, so I had to transfer the powder into a different container. It's a very expensive product to not love!

When we were shipped the stevia-free formula by mistake, customer service responded sympathetically and promptly and we received a replacement within a few days. And we were relieved not to have to bother returning the first items. I could understand how the mistake was made because the packages look exactly the same on the front.
