EDITED: All was made right and I am completely satisfied now. ORIGINAL: Place order. Paid with PayPal. Then "order update" and additonal product added and charged again to Pay Pal. Can't get through to anyone on the phone. PayPal is useless. Update: apparently my voice mail was received. While no one called me back, I've informed by PayPal that a refund has been issued. So, thank you.

Love the product Fast shipping however I think I’m getting too much of one of my vitamins,‘s so how can I adjust that? Packaging in large bottles for small quantities seems to be wasteful

UPDATE: I originally gave 1 star because of the reasons below. I am updating it to 4 stars because they did end up refunding me for all of the mistaken shipping costs and sent me a gift card equal to the amount of my last order. That is a great customer service response, but I am keeping a star because I don't feel like they would have done this if I didn't make a big fuss about it online. I left about 23 bad reviews identical to this one a few hours ago, and I'm going to update them all as well because I do appreciate that the problem was resolved. I still do not intend to return as a customer, but I never had a problem with their vitamins and their company is trying to do good. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This rating is because of their customer service, and I would give no stars if I could. I've been a customer of theirs for years, and I have had a subscription renew every month. Shipping is supposed to be free for orders over $69, and my orders were $100+. I realized that I've been charged for shipping the last 10 times, which comes to a total of $69.50 in shipping costs for orders that exceeded the free shipping limit. I contacted them to ask if I could get a credit for the cost of shipping that should not have been charged in the first place, so I could put it towards my future orders, and they would not do that. I then said I want the shipping for those orders to be refunded, and they only refunded one of them. I was still overcharged $62.55 and they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm incredibly disappointed, lost money, and now have to find a new company who takes responsibility for their mistakes.

Customer service is great. I sent a message about an order and their terrible UI for checkout. They got back to me same day and were able to cancel a double order and I wasn't charged for it. I appreciate them posting their third party lab results on the page for their supplements. Unlike other companies, the prices for their supplements are NOT hidden. They don't try to auto-enroll you into a subscription. They are one of the more cost-effective supplements of their type. Ber was great. Sorry they had to deal with me at one of my most frustrated. -Ash

Your prducts are great but the timeline on your shipping from the date of ordering, not so much.

I appreciate the selection of vitamins and that they're vegan. My only complaint is that I signed up for a subscription and ran out of vitamins for four days before receiving my new batch. I would think the service would have figured this problem out.

You resolved my issue, and were polite. I just wish it didn't take so many back and forth e-mails. If you look at my account you will see I've had bottles break multiple times, and when I opened this shipment it got tiny pieces of glass all over my couch. I had to spend 20 minutes with a flashlight and a piece of tape to get all the little pieces. I wish I didn't have to get glass all over my fingers a second time in order to take a photo to gather proof. I understand why you want to see that, but I've also been a customer for a few years now and I wish you guys would trust me. I like your company a lot and will continue to support you, so I'm not mad or anything, I know the rep was just following protocol, they didn't do anything wrong. Just wish maybe you'd change your policy on this. Moving forward, I will open your shipments over my sink just to be safe.

I really like what Futurekind is doing and how you're going it!! However, the daily emails are becoming a bit much. I've received 6 months worth of vitamins but haven't tried them yet as I'm still finishing my previous brand, but I expect no issues. I appreciated the discount offers on other purchases, but if I keep getting daily emails I'll probably unsubscribe from them and check back in in 5+ months
