Even after cancellation, product was sent and charged!

Exceptional customer service and exceptional products. Will definitely purchase through Future Kind again.

Really sad to see most of the bottles I received were plastic and not glass. What a huge letdown … I really expected more of this company :(

Delivery always came on time. I didn't feel sick from the prenatals. I've had no issues at all.

I can't find this subscription on my account. I have emailed four times with no response. I have requested that this subscription, which I can't find, be cancelled, with no response. Great products, incredibly annoying experience.

I recently started using the Futurekind Vegan Prenatal Multivitamin and the Vegan Complete Multivitamin, and I've been impressed overall. The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow, which was a concern of mine given their size. I usually struggle with swallowing pills without food, so that's still necessary for me, but these go down smoothly without any choking sensation. The Prenatal Multivitamin does have a bit of an unusual scent, though that's not a major issue since there's really no need to sniff them—I just happen to notice it. The Complete Multivitamin, on the other hand, has a more herbal "greens" smell, which is less intense. Something worth mentioning is the change in urine color to a neon yellow after taking these. I did some research and found out it's normal, usually indicating excess vitamins being flushed out, so it's not concerning for me. Overall, Futurekind is a great company, and I appreciate their commitment to vegan products. Despite a couple of minor quirks, I'm quite satisfied with these supplements.

Received another shipment that wasn’t packaged well and resulted in broken bottles and shards of glass when opening the box. I had previously e-mailed about this same issue and had it resolved. My next box was packaged well with each bottle rolled in protective paper. This box had protective paper that was just thrown in the box and not wrapped around any of the bottles, exactly what caused the broken glass last time. It’s extremely frustrating to receive a shipment of 6 bottles of vitamins that are busted and can’t be consumed… again. I’m going to cancel my subscription as this is the same issue and obviously hasn’t been resolved, I believe the odds of receiving a box of broken glass is pretty high after this experience. I will never order from this company again after going through this a second time, it’s absolutely unacceptable.

Customer Service! Very understanding, accommodating, affable & cooperative. To me, customer service is one of the most important aspects of a good business. Future Kind does it exceptionally well!
