Thank you for replacing the bottle that broke during shipping -- and for sending an extra bottle. That made up for me waiting 2 months for a response to multiple emails -- and is why you got 5 stars. Not sure what the issue was; you seemed like the kind of company that would have excellent customer service, so 2 months of ignoring me did surprise me.

I love the ease of setting up a subscription. I like that I am informed prior to the order being sent out in case I need to make adjustments. I appreciate the care taken to package the products sustainably! Thank you for your product and the attention to detail!

I have been taking Complete Multivitamin, Omega 3, Happy Joints Gummmies and Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies... I ABSOLUTELY love all of them and keep ordering more! Now I ordered a chewable B12 and can't wait to get it.

Some items in my order were canceled, and I haven’t received a refund yet. I would have appreciated being informed so that I could decide whether to cancel the entire order or choose something else as a replacement. I just sent an email to customer support, and I hope to get answers soon.

Customer service was also very informative when I had questions early on in my pregnancy about which vitamins I should take. I’ve been taking the prenatal and omega 3 vitamins for over a year now and I feel confident knowing that baby and I are getting everything we need. Baby is thriving and I feel great as well!
