Please note that the shipment was delayed. I got it finally and it was easy to use. I have used over two weeks and didn't show improvements in lowering blood pressure yet. I was informed that it could take longer than 2 weeks. Hence, I will wait to comment more if I see the improvements. Thanks,

I have not checked my BP yet. It does make me more relaxed. The directions are not very good. It took me a while before I could make it work and still not sure about the levels. I am hoping my BP goes down after a few more weeks of use.
